Refugee Voices
Refugee Voices is an academy for refugees that will support the development of their leadership skills including public speaking, communication and business skills, to increase their successful integration into the Swiss economy.
The academy will support refugees to progress their careers by identifying existing skills and developing new social skills in a safe, trusting environment, develop their local network through partnerships with local organisations, and promote diverse talent in the workplace. Overall, Refugee Voices will work towards a more inclusive and innovative society.
